0. Overall leading and executing NPD activities up to SOP stage for injection moulded and hot plate welding process.

1.New project handling and mould development.

2.Study and review 3D model and convert to 2D drawing release.

2.DFM analysis & design review with customer as well as supplier for new mould development

3.Prepartion ofAPQPchartand timing plan for new and ECN product.

4.Review gate wise APQP with CFT , Customer and supplier.

5. Co -ordinate with supplier for new mould development and tool corrections.

6.New mould trial validation and part approval at in house and supplier end.

7.Processvalidation i.e. WOW test for new product.

8. Lead Customer PPAP auditandactionclosure.

7.DriveAPQP/PPAP/ DFMEA /PFMEA inhouse aswellassuppliedend.

9. PPAP document preparationandsubmission to customer for approval.

10. Lesson learned / TGR/TGW monitoring and updating for all project.

11. MonitoringnewproductlaunchissuesfromSOP+3monthsandtakingactionsonNPDissues.

12. Responsible for Process audit / Product audit / Process validation & APQP documents.

13.Lead to Mould and Fixture correction and approval.

14.Knowledge on GD&T , drawing study , SC/CC ,Poke yoke in design and process
