Your Tasks

• Administration and support of client security solutions
• Implementation of client cleanup and optimization measures
• Analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of client issues
• Review, maintenance, and further development of Tosca test cases
• Conducting and evaluating client performance tests
• Maintenance and updating technical documentation
• Support and monitor application control
  
  

Your Profile

• Work Experinces - 7 - 8 Yers.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems, Windows registry concepts, Strong analytical and technical skills,
• IT security awareness, working knowledge on endpoint antivirus like CrowdStrike, windows defender. Microsoft O365, ITIL process awareness, working knowledge of ticketing tools like Ivanti, service now.
• BMC remedy, Scripting language like PowerShell, vbscript, Shell scripting, etc. (added advantage).
