Job Description

  • Process design and development for sheet metal fabrication (Laser, Bending, Welding)
  • Feasilibity Timeplan, Process Flow , Control plan.
  • Initiating the facilities like Tools, Fixtures, Gauges Equipments etc
  • Conducting Trial and Establishing the process.
  • Preparing the PPAP documents and approval from customer.
  • Handover to the production team.
  • Rampup on Production and Quality feedback.
  • Preparing documents and Good Communication skill.
  • Time Management.
  • Analytical and problem solving.
  • CFT Approach.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years Experience in sheet metal fabrication
