Job Description

  • Feasibility and Technical Review.
  • Preparing Timeplan, Process Flow and Control Plan.
  • Initiating the facilities like Tools, Fixtures, Gauges, Equipments Etc.
  • Conducting Trial and Establishing the process.
  • Preparing the PPAP documents and approval from customer.
  • Handover to the production team.
  • Export projects are in the increasing trend
  • Need to focus and develop the new products for export segment
  • Followup from Awarding to Dispatch Process
  • Adhering the time plan 100%
  • Rampup on Production and quality feedback
  • Process Design and development for sheet metal fabrication ( Laser,Bending, Welding)
  • Analytical and problem solving
  • CFT Approach
  • Preparing documents and Good Communication skill
  • CFT Approach.
