Role Description

Review and coordinate all general/technical correspondences for transmission projects including DDCMS submissions, progress reports, baseline schedules, and quality plans via DEWA's SMART D2 digital platform.

Prepare comment sheets for the approval of Project Signal Lists submitted by contractors or consultants to ensure compliance with specifications and scope of works.

Coordinate project issues and prepare Issue Management Reports periodically.

Coordinate the site quality audit process and prepare feedback for the Projects and Commissioning departments.

Participate in technical, interface, and progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Review and coordinate RFP documents for Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects and support Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) finalization.

Review and update standard documents including DDCMS, Signal Lists, and Design Drawing Checklists.

Generate SLA and KPI results related to section activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum 4 years of experience in high-voltage transmission)
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (minimum 6 years of experience in high-voltage transmission)
