What You'll Do
Provide experienced professional front end systems support with minimal direction to interpret automation projects and support using the design automation framework; interact with product line engineers and technicians to collect automation requests and provide guidance on documenting these requests ; create enhancement requests and automation scripts to increase the utilization of design automation modules; support module deployments through content management and training activities; serve as a product line liaison for automation requests and provide best practices within design automation modules
Qualifications
- Legacy Software Maintenance & Technical Support: Support and maintain existing legacy software systems, providing technical support to manufacturing teams and troubleshooting software issues.
- Electrical Drawing Automations & Process Improvement: Develop and maintain software to automate electrical drawings and optimize plant processes, enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
- Digitalization & Deployment Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the plant's digitalization initiatives, assist in the local deployment of software solutions, and ensure smooth implementation and integration.
- Training & Documentation: Schedule and conduct end user training sessions, create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software systems, including user manuals and technical guides.
- Project Execution & Communication: Oversee the execution of systems projects, manage timelines and resources efficiently, and communicate progress and updates to plant staff, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, recommending and implementing software system improvements.
