- Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project towards the MA.
- Work and Deliver Indoor design solutions independently.
- Travel as per Business requirement.
- Work with MA Leads to execute the delivery plans in a time bound manner
- Candidate should be able to understand the design requirements from customer and provide the right solution.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders for delivery execution
- Excellent communication skills
The skills you bring
- Should be familiar with Indoor Radio network Design and Planning principles.
- Prepare tapping diagrams and BoQ for IBS implementation.
- Familiar with indoor system passive/active components: Splitters, couplers, combiners, attenuators, etc
- Should be familiar with interpreting results of walk test
- Should be able to analyze walk test log files using TEMS or any other similar tool.
- Should be familiar with Propagation losses, link budget, RF Components placements, Designing Distributed Antenna Systems, Coverage Prediction, 3D modeling of buildings/Venues in planning tool.
- Strong knowledge of GSM, WCDMA and LTE network Design concepts
- Working knowledge on 5G design would be an added advantage.
- Ericsson Radio system product knowledge (Baseband, IRU, RRU, DU, RDS etc )
- Product knowledge on 3PP PDAS components
- Should have hands on experience in PDAS In-building Design
- Mandatory to have working knowledge on iBwave tool.
