Job Description:

• Cost Tracking & Program Support (Under Guidance)
• Cost Tracking: Assist in updating and maintaining program cost status, tracking Risks & Opportunities (R&O) from Program Start to Job 1.
• Change Management Support: Learn the automotive change management process. Assist in maintaining the program Change Tracker and preparing documentation for Commodity Change Management Forms (CMF).
• Meeting Coordination: Facilitate and document key cross-functional meetings involving Finance, Purchasing, and Cost Estimation.
• Supplier & Quote Coordination: Assist in gathering detailed quotes from suppliers and coordinating with internal Cost Estimation teams to compile data for cost approvals.
• Sourcing & Governance Support.
• Engineering Design & Testing (ED&T) Tracking: Assist in verifying supplier ED&T against the Engineering Statement of Work (ESOW) and tracking approvals through the governance board.
• Order Tracking: Monitor and report Tooling and Purchase Order (PO) status to key stake holder.
