JOB DESCRIPTION

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Manage material procurement from domestic and international suppliers, issue tenders, analyze bids, and prepare comparative statements.
  • Order & Inventory Management - Process requisitions, place purchase orders, track deliveries, review excess inventories, and ensure timely material alignment with demand.
  • Supplier & Vendor Relations - Interact daily with suppliers, resolve issues like delays or defects, drive supplier performance, and maintain strong buyer-seller relationships.
  • Compliance & Documentation - Ensure accurate records of purchases, contracts, vendor performance, and maintain reports while adhering to company and global supply chain policies.
  • Financial Coordination - Verify supplier bills, ensure prompt invoice clearance, track transporter payments, and coordinate with accounts for timely processing.
  • Performance Monitoring - Maintain procurement metrics (OTD, PPM, spend analysis), monitor KPIs, analyze supplier loading patterns, and align with global supply chain guidelines..

  • You act with a clear sense of ownership, build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations, establish and maintain effective customer relationships and credit others for their contributions and accomplishments.
For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Engineering / Diploma or Equivalent Degree with relevant experience in Purchasing
  • Strong negotiation skills and Supplier capacity and capability analysis.
  • Analytical skills on purchase spent.
  • Controlling the Purchasing & Inventory Management Skills.
  • Implementing a improved efficient sourcing strategy to avoid the lead time and other indirect cost.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Familiar with ISO9001 standard requirement / quality requirements.
  • Knowledge in Oracle software is a definite advantage.
  • Handling all ISO / Opex / Customer audits.
