About The Role
This role sits within the Institutional domain which delivers full end-to-end world class products and services to our global Institutional, Corporate and Commercial and Retail customers across Asia. It incorporates capabilities across areas of Investment Banking, Trading and Sales, Cash Management, Wholesale Lending and Trade Finance and with a single view of a customer to better integrate business and technology in creating a seamless customer experience. The domain leads digital transformation in areas such as trade and supply chain management to create a seamless customer experience.
As an Engineer in our CCRE (Counterparty credit risk engine) Domain, you'll play a key role in developing the new features, building reliable and scalable solution. You will ensure CCRE Systems Stability and Availability. Focusing on development, stabilizing production, and helping team to build enterprise product. You will work closely with squad members to ensure outcomes meet customer expectations.

What will your day look like
The Engineer (.Net) will play a crucial role in development, improving the reliability and efficiency of our production systems, ensuring seamless operations and quick resolution of any issues. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with
strong analytical, development and debugging skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and build high quality enterprise solution.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the ANZ Institutional business in a fast-paced environment to deliver optimal customer outcomes and values at speed.
- Work closely with other Engineers, QA teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective problem resolution.
- Continuously uplift and modernize the existing systems with the best of emerging technologies.
What will you bring
To grow and be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring the following:
- You will ideally be well-versed in both technology and capital markets business domain.
- Designing and developing robust, low-latency applications for mission-critical trading systems and delivering high-availability and performance using .NET 4.5 and above, C#, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ, Web API, and RESTful web services.
- Proficient in SQL Database (SQL scripts and DB Design).
- Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Writing well designed, testable, efficient code with automated unit test-cases and good problem-solving skills
Desired Skills
- Having good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills is desirable.
- Exposure to design patterns, object-oriented design and programming principles is desirable.
- Exposure to multi-layer/tier architecture, Web Server, API Gateway, Security Protocol (like OAuth) is desirable.
- Exposure to JavaScript frameworks like React, Redux and React AG library would be preferable.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Code fresh, GitHub, Antifactory, Jira is desirable.
- Good to have experience with Cloud migration and usage especially on AWS will be preferable.
