Engineer - Java Full Stack

What does the job entail

As a Full Stack Developer within our Customer Portal Domain, you will be responsible for building and maintaining state-of-the-art applications. You will develop backend services with Java, create responsive frontends with Angular, manage data using SQL-databases, develop RESTful APIs with Java to handle business logic and data flow, develop and ensure mobile compatibility. You will also handle integrations, security, performance, and collaborate with teams to deliver a smooth, scalable user experience.

To support our growth, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Full Stack Developer who will play a key role in the design and evolution of our solution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with RESTful APIs and a collaborative mindset, eager to work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams (QA, Software, Operations) to ensure successful delivery of the application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the evolution of existing Information Systems based on Business requirements, in alignment with the IS/IT Strategic Plan and IT Standards.
• Contribute to the overall design of the application and perform technical analysis.
• Ensure alignment with IT architecture experts.
• Design and document solutions and the overall application architecture.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a technically strong candidate with significant experience as a Full Stack Developer or Systems Engineer, particularly in developing and managing multi-component applications within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in evaluating and challenging architectural and technical solutions, contributing to development when needed, and leading technically driven projects.

Key Competencies:

• Deep understanding of IT systems and business processes.
• Strong frontend development skills, especially with Angular, Typescript and responsive design (including mobile applications).
• Development & Implementing solutions Java 11 & Above, Angular, MS SQL, Devops is must
• Any cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), preferably Azure.
• Proficiency in Java 8 or superior (including JPA, JAX-RS, etc.).
• Solid experience with SQL databases, preferably MS SQL Server.
• Expertise in secured REST API design and development.
• Hands-on experience with automated unit testing in Java and Angular.
• Proven background in Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
• Experience building, maintaining, and deploying production-grade software.
• Proficiency with API documentation tools and OpenAPI specification.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in complex and evolving environments.
• Relevant prior experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
