Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vasai for Engineer/AM/DM-Plant Maintenance in the manufacturing industry. The role involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical & civil issues, and ensuring equipment efficiency. The candidate will also oversee installation, commissioning, and routine inspections of machinery while adhering to safety and quality standards. Furthermore, the individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure alignments of maintenance activity with production

schedule.

Manage inventory of Critical spares, resulting in a 15% reduction in inventory cost through strategic

planning.

Making Sops for new machine handling and also implemented on the concern area.

Overhauled the spare inventory management, which decreased surplus inventory levels by 20%.

Find out unsafe acts and unsafe conditions during maintenance operation.

Coordinated with different departments, ensuring seamless communication flow.

Assisted in budget management to control costs effectively.

Streamlined operations by implementing effective maintenance strategies.

Liaised effectively between management and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.

Enhanced team productivity, training technicians on latest equipment models.
