Role: SME Engagement Manager
Location: Mumbai
Exp Range: 5 - 10 Yrs
Must Have:
- 5 yrs of experience in Academic Service Industry ·
- At least 4 years of experience managing SMEs, Faculty or Vendor experience in Academic Services ·
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing ·
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues of SME ·
- Managing Stakeholders - Internal & External ·
- Good command over English both written and spoken ·
- Good command over Hindi ·
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
Roles & Responsibility:
- 1 Establish clear channels of communication with Subject Matter Expert and set expectations for regular updates and feedback.
- 2 Identify and plan innovative programs to engage with SME's on regular basis
- 3 Create a positive experience for SME's
- 4 Collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- 5 Proactively identification of areas for improvement in SME Engagement
