Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Engagement Manager proficient in Spanish (spoken, written, and reading) to lead client engagements focused on Master Data Management (MDM). The ideal candidate will combine strong project management and client relationship skills with deep knowledge of data governance, data quality, and integration principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications and project updates.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver MDM solutions within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables in coordination with internal teams.
  • Oversee MDM strategy implementation, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Manage data integration, migration, and maintenance processes effectively.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and design mitigation strategies.
  • Address client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and engagement.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present project performance reports and data quality metrics.
  • Analyze engagement data to derive insights and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving:

  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) tools and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles.
  • Experience in project leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (spoken, written, and reading).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Management.
  • Experience in client-facing roles within data management or consulting projects.
  • Knowledge of data migration and analytics tools is an advantage.
