The Engagement Manager is responsible for
endtoend service delivery across SAP managed services (development, support, run & projects). This role requires strong SAP engagement management exposure, client governance, financial stewardship, and delivery excellence.
- Owns endtoend service delivery across SAP managed services, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and contractual adherence.
- Manages daytoday scope, budget, estimate-to-complete, and client communication.
- Leads operational governance including incident, problem, change, and request management.
- Acts as the primary client contact, driving stakeholder engagement, escalations, and service reviews.
- Owns financial stewardshipbudgeting, forecasting, cost controls, reporting, and invoice accuracy
Your Profile
- SAP engagement management experience, including AMS + project delivery, with SAP ABAP or GTS exposure as an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes/tools, SLAs, KPIs, performance reporting, and operational governance.
- Experience working in Agile environments (features, user stories, improvements, backlog handling).
- Excellent client handling, communication, escalation management, and multivendor coordination skills.
- Preferable certifications: PMP, ITIL, with strong financial acumen across forecasting, budgeting, and ROI planning.
