What We Are Looking For

As the Engagement Lead Market research you would help lead high-impact market research engagements for our life sciences clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to work directly with clients. The ideal candidate will also play an active role in helping us build new Market Research capabilities, help in proposal development beyond project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead primary market research project execution, including developing meeting decks, surveys and analytical modelling
  • Lead day to day client discussions to review and update ongoing project
  • Develop compelling insights from the market research data in client ready deliverables
  • Help with proposal development and contribute to internal capability-building for the Market Research practice
  • Contribute ideas to develop new market research capabilities including innovative methods leveraging GenAI
  • Coach and guide Sr Analyst/ AELs in the team
  • Help in firm level initiatives in a supportive environment with fast pace and high exposure to leadership

Qualifications

  • Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4 - 6 years of strong analytics experience
  • Deep understanding of the US pharma industry and quantitative market research
  • Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis and ability to synthesize insights from diverse sources
  • Experience in unstructured problem solving and understanding business situations
  • Polished client communication and strong written communication
  • Ability to contribute to proposals in addition to day-to-day project delivery
  • Ability to work on and manage multiple workstreams while maintaining high quality in the work
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with minimal direction
