Whatyou'lldo
End-to-End IC Process Management: Oversee andexecutetheentireincentivecompensation process—from sales crediting and IC plan design to goal setting and bonus calculations.
DevelopandmaintaintheinputfilesfortheIC system, including raw sales data, goals, alignment,andeligibilitycriteria.
Work closely with US HC clients to understand deliverable requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every report
Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamsto refine IC processes and integrate best practices, driving operational excellence
Produce client-ready deliverables such as IC reports,scorecards,HQreports,andotherkey outputs.
Must have
Candidates with a bachelor's degree in engineeringand5+yearsofstronganalytics experience
