Job Summary
The Engagement Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects within the Life and Annuity domain. The candidate will work from the office during night shifts ensuring seamless project execution and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Life and Annuity domain ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution maintaining high levels of communication and collaboration.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project delivery and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
