Role Description The Energy Consultant role is a part-time remote position focused on advising clients on energy-related strategies and solutions. In this role, the consultant will analyze energy usage patterns, assess efficiency opportunities, and propose cost-effective and sustainable energy management plans for corporate and institutional clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and regulatory research in the energy sector, preparing analytical reports and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to integrate energy insights into broader financial and advisory solutions. The consultant will also support client engagements by participating in virtual meetings, responding to technical queries, and contributing to proposals and business development activities related to energy advisory services.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting skills, including client advisory, problem-solving, and structured analysis.
• Knowledge of energy management practices and ability to evaluate energy efficiency and optimization initiatives.
• Understanding of the energy industry, including key trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Sales and relationship management skills to support energy-related business development and client engagement.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, energy management, environmental science, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate energy consulting, utilities, renewable energy, or sustainability projects is beneficial.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
