Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Audit Execution

  • Conduct HVAC-related audits including:
  • Chiller System Energy Efficiency
  • Air Balancing
  • CFD Analysis
  • HVAC Design Validation
  • Thermography
  • Earth Pit Testing
  • Testing & Commissioning
  • Perform in-depth analysis of cooling system inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Establish energy baselines and measure system performance against benchmarks.
  • Conduct field data collection using specialized audit tools and instruments.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with insights, recommendations, and ROI-based energy-saving opportunities.

Documentation & Standardization

  • Develop, standardize, and implement:
  • SOWs (Scope of Work)
  • SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Audit Reports
  • MIS & Dashboards
  • Ensure uniform audit practices across PAN India operations.

Tools, Equipment & Compliance

  • Operate and manage audit tools such as:
  • Thermography Cameras
  • Particle Counters
  • Air Quality Monitors
  • Air Balancing Instruments
  • Earth Pit Testers
  • Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of all audit equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to MEP compliance standards and audit protocols.

Project Execution & Optimization

  • Execute HVAC-related projects such as:
  • Low-side system optimization (FCUs, dampers, etc.)
  • Chiller de-scaling
  • IoT-based monitoring solutions
  • CFD-based airflow optimization
  • Recommend alternative energy-efficient technologies.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Support Business Development (BD) team with:
  • Technical presentations
  • Client discussions and queries
  • Educate clients and end-users on HVAC efficiency and optimization practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor performance.

Data Center & Facility Audits

  • Conduct inspections of Data Centers and commercial facilities covering:
  • Mechanical systems (HVAC, cooling, filtration)
  • Electrical systems (HT/LT, DG, RMU, VCB)
  • Fire & safety systems (hydrant, sprinkler)
  • Analyze system performance and identify improvement areas.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in HVAC systems and cooling technologies (SME level).
  • Good understanding of electrical systems and process engineering.
  • Knowledge of Data Center operations & best practices.
  • Experience with energy modelling and audit tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Leadership capability and team handling experience
