Job Description

We will count on you to:

  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for the Energy & Power sector
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Act as the driver of business in the industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve product performance.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to clients on product usage and best practices.
  • Support installation, maintenance, and upgrade activities remotely or on-site as required.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in energy & power Industry to provide informed support.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years of technical support experience, preferably within the energy & power sector
  • Strong client connect and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of energy & power technologies and related technical systems preferred.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Deep Understanding of Industry, Government Body.
  • MBA/Engineer from a reputed B - School

  • Must have strong decision-making skills and the determination to see projects through to the end.
