Job Responsibilities
- Visit customers and explain solar solutions offered by the company
- Generate leads through field visits and references
- Conduct basic site assessments for rooftop solar projects
- Explain savings, EMI/loan options, and benefits of solar systems
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships
- Update customer details and sales progress in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Requirements
- Graduate in any field
- Experience in field sales, solar sales, banking, loan, or insurance sales preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel locally

- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
