Job Description:
- Endur Landscape & Environment Management : Contribute to the full Endur landscape lifecycle across environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod).
- Govern environment provisioning, upgrades, patching, refresh cycles, data obfuscation, and configuration consistency.
- Oversee Endur environment automation, including IaC templates, control-plane tooling, and Azure GitHub pipeline-based deployments.
- Maintain adherence to foundational architecture patterns, including HA/DR models, global/local control planes, and Azure subscription blueprints.
- Cloud Platform Operations & Infrastructure Oversight, including compute, storage (Azure Files/ANF), networking, spread servers, AVD/Citrix, and SQL IaaS.
- Serve as escalation point and technical authority for major incidents affecting Endur landscapes. Lead deep-dive RCA, corrective action plans, and long-term stability improvements.
- Govern change management workflows and ensure quality & compliance in all deployments.
- End-to-end environment management ; Support during EOD & trading windows (infra monitoring); Weekend provisioning; Environment refresh; Deployment (Core & Custom); Migration support, Security, Patching & upgrades
