Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of endoscopic equipment.
- Prepare examination rooms for procedures and assist medical staff during endoscopic procedures.
- Clean and sterilize equipment and ensure all tools are properly sanitized.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures.
- Provide patient education on preparation for procedures and post-care instructions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; certification in endoscopy technology is a plus.
- Knowledge of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy procedures and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all safety guidelines.
