Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day interactions and endorsement requests (additions, deletions, corrections) with accuracy and speed.
- Build and strengthen client relationships through regular reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly), proactive engagement, and quick resolution of escalations.
- Analyse client data and feedback to improve adoption, experience, and product strategy, while acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Drive product penetration and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value and deepen partnerships.
- Execute client engagement and retention plans to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Expertise & Qualifications
- Prior experience in Insurance/Broking/TPA is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of client servicing and customer delight principles.
- 13 years of experience in sales/key account management/relationship management or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen, present and influence effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with consistent follow-through with clients and vendors.
- Proven record of delivering client solutions and achieving business goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
