Operating as a sophisticated tech facilitator, we have helped thousands of members across the United States, Europe, and emerging global markets dramatically lower their HbA1c, reduce or entirely eliminate dependency on medications, and reclaim control of their lives. We provide direct hand-holding by doctors and experts, and we are looking for a remote, part-time Endocrinologist to join this elite support team to serve our global patient population.
What You'll Do
- Expert Patient Hand-Holding: Provide high-touch, remote clinical overviews and guided medical support for a global roster of Type 2 Diabetes and pre-diabetes patients enrolled in the JFORH program.
- Medication De-escalation Plans: Analyze continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data, lifestyle logs, and biomarkers to safely and systematically guide patients through physician-led medication reduction protocols.
- Leverage Innovative Tech: Utilize our proprietary, patented technology infrastructure to act as a seamless tech facilitator, tracking patient telemetry and data in real time.
- Complex Case Escalations: Serve as the definitive clinical escalation point for our dedicated digital health coaches and experts when managing high-risk patients, complex comorbidities, or unusual glycemic patterns.
- Global Medical Governance: Ensure that our remote diagnostic protocols, lifestyle intervention modules, and medical advisory frameworks continuously match the highest international standards (such as ADA and EASD guidelines).
What You Bring
- Medical Credentials: MD or DO with a completed or in progress Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism, accompanied by an active medical license and board certification/eligibility.
- Digital Health Literacy: Comfortable navigating modern digital interfaces, analyzing continuous health platform metrics (CGM data, lifestyle apps), and translating digital telemetry into actionable clinical directions.
- Remission-First Philosophy: A strong professional alignment with behavioral modifications, intensive nutritional therapy, and lifestyle-driven metabolic health over lifelong prescription escalation.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an innate ability to deliver clear, empathetic clinical guidance to patients from highly diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds.
- Adaptable Availability: The flexibility to commit consistent part-time hours each week in a remote, distributed team setting.
