About the role:

We are hiring a Diabetologist to support our doctor-led GLP-1 and metabolic weight loss program. You will manage patients with obesity, pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and related metabolic conditions using structured clinical protocols. This is a role with full backend operational support, allowing you to focus entirely on clinical care and patient outcomes.

Specifically, this role will involve:

• Conducting tele-consultations for patients with obesity, pre-diabetes, and Type 2 Diabetes
• Assessing patient eligibility for GLP-1 therapy and prescribing medications per evidence-based protocols
• Titrating medications based on patient response, lab reports, and clinical judgment
• Monitoring glycemic control and managing medication side effects proactively
• Handling patient escalations in a timely and empathetic manner
• Conducting structured follow-up calls to track patient progress
• Collaborating with health coaches, nutritionists, and fitness experts for holistic care delivery
• Maintaining accurate, compliant medical documentation and records

An ideal candidate will have:

• 1–3 years of post-qualification clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge in diabetes, obesity, and metabolic disorders
• Comfort with high-volume teleconsultation workflows
• Sharp decision-making ability for medication titration and escalation management
• Excellent patient counselling and communication skills
• An empathetic, patient-first approach to care
• Interest in digital healthcare and lifestyle disease management

Qualifications:

• MD / in Diabetology or Endocrinology
