Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for patients with endocrine disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage a wide range of endocrine conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary diseases.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests including hormone level assessments, imaging, and other investigations.
- Provide patient education on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.
- Foster continuous improvement in clinical protocols and medical standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) in Endocrinology
- Fellowship or specialization in Endocrinology
- Extensive clinical experience in managing endocrine disorders
- Ability to perform and interpret diagnostic tests related to endocrinology
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Preferred
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting in India
- Research or published work in endocrinology
