Job Summary
The End User Computing – Service Delivery role is responsible for supporting and delivering modern endpoint management solutions across Windows and macOS environments. The role acts as a technical leader and escalation point, ensuring operational excellence, strong governance, and continuous improvement across security, stability, and performance metrics.
This position works closely with global teams and managed service providers to drive effective incident response, patching, vulnerability management, and endpoint lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Operations
- Support modern management solutions within End User Computing, including Windows, SCCM, Intune, macOS, and JAMF
- Act as the escalation conduit for EUC‑related engineering and operational issues
- Ensure effective processes and monitoring are in place to improve:
- Security posture
- Stability
- Performance and response metrics
- Drive reductions in:
- Control and hardening deviations
- OS patching timelines
- End‑of‑Life (EOL) software exposure
- Vulnerability aging and remediation timelines
- Lead Major Incident triage related to End User technologies
- Monitor and escalate incident and ticket queues to Digital Workplace teams
Engineering & Governance
- Assist with day‑to‑day engineering activities across:
- IT Change Management
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Oversee and report:
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual EUC metrics
- Identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities in tools, processes, and execution
- Track operational and tactical risks and propose strategic mitigation solutions
- Raise, track, and manage issues, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders
Stakeholder & Global Collaboration
- Interact directly with Managed Service Provider (MSP) Digital Workplace Tower Leads
- Ensure timely and effective communication on:
- Engineering activities
- Tactical and strategic plans
- Major incidents and platform stability
- Collaborate closely with global peer teams across APAC, EMEA, and North America
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of overall IT industry experience
- 7+ years of engineering experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Intune & Autopilot
- Co‑management (SCCM + Intune)
- OS deployment (OSD)
- Application packaging and deployment
- Windows patching and device lifecycle management
- Expertise in:
- Conditional Access
- Device compliance and security policies
- Hardware specifications and fleet management
- AD, GPO, Azure AD, and cloud authentication
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals:
- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN
- Scripting experience using:
- PowerShell
- ZSH / Bash
- Designing and implementing JAMF MDM solutions
- Supporting macOS configuration profiles and standards
- Proven experience providing technical oversight while working with third‑party technology providers
Nice to Have / Preferred Skills
- ITIL certification or ITIL process knowledge
- Engineering certifications (Microsoft, Apple, JAMF, etc.)
- Experience working in global enterprise environments across multiple technology towers
- Strong experience maturing operations processes, including:
- Monitoring capabilities
- Queue management and workflow optimization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and business stakeholders
