Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops
Provide support for hardware-related issues and ensure smooth functioning of IT assets
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications as per user and business requirements
Work on Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems for administration and support
Handle Active Directory operations including user management and access control
Configure and support email clients such as Outlook and Lotus Notes
Monitor and manage security tools including antivirus solutions and ensure system protection
Support patch management activities and ensure systems are up to date with security updates
Log, track, and resolve incidents and ensure proper incident reporting and documentation
Coordinate with teams for system-related troubleshooting and issue resolution
