Job Description

  • Provide first-line support for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance EUC solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of support processes and update knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and IT policies.
  • Participate in training sessions to educate users on new technologies and processes.
