Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve allocated sales targets through negotiation and closing opportunities.
  • Drive growth in existing accounts and acquire new accounts from competitors.
  • Improve customer satisfaction for assigned account packages.
  • Develop strategic account plans through disciplined planning and sales execution processes.
  • Lead internal stakeholders and partners (Distributors, System Integrators, OEMs) to execute tactical actions aligned with account strategies.
  • Spend at least 70% of time in customer-facing activities to support account plans.
  • Adopt a disciplined approach to managing sales opportunities using available sales tools.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contacts, visits, and company surveys; resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyse current business against sales targets and provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, market drivers, and Rockwell Automation offerings.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
