Role Description

The End to End Strategic Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale, cross-functional programs. Key responsibilities include formulating program goals, aligning them with business strategies, coordinating resources and timelines, and ensuring execution excellence. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, assessing risks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will serve as a central point of contact for driving operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives.

Qualifications
  • Program Management and Strategic Planning skills, with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to identify challenges, evaluate data, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, clients, and partners.
  • Leadership and Organizational Abilities to drive program execution, manage resources efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Experience with Project Management Software and Tools, along with a results-oriented approach to achieving strategic goals.
  • Proficiency in Change Management and Risk Assessment to optimize implementation and minimize disruptions during program execution.
  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certifications are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the consumer insights or analytics industry is a plus.
