Role Description This is a full-time, on-site End-to-End Recruitment Consultant role based in Singapore. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in offshore oil and gas positions. The consultant will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understand technical and project requirements, and tailor recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships, understand business needs, and provide consultative hiring support.
• Mandarin Speaker.
• Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline.
• Oil and Gas Experience is not mandatory.
• Recruitment Agency experience with business development is neccessary.
