Job Description – End to End Closing Process
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle complete mortgage loan closing process from initial disclosure to final closing
- Prepare and review Closing Disclosure (CD) and loan closing documents
- Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, title companies, escrow, and internal teams
- Review loan conditions and ensure all closing requirements are met
- Verify income, assets, insurance, and property-related documents before funding
- Ensure compliance with TRID and mortgage closing guidelines
- Schedule loan signing and coordinate funding activities
- Perform post-closing review and ensure accuracy of documents
- Maintain SLA, productivity, and quality standards
Required Skills:
- Experience in US Residential Mortgage Closing process
- Knowledge of Closing Disclosure (CD), Loan Estimate (LE), and TRID guidelines
- Understanding of title, escrow, funding, and compliance process
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in US shifts
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
- Familiarity with mortgage tools and loan origination systems
