Key Responsibilities

Operate encapsulation (capsule filling) machines as per production requirements
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers for different products and batch sizes
Ensure accurate filling of capsules with proper weight variation and quality standards
Monitor in-process checks such as weight variation, capsule locking, and visual defects
Handle raw materials and empty capsules as per SOPs
Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and logbooks accurately
Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines during operations
Coordinate with QA for line clearance and in-process approvals
Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine issues or deviations
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area
