Enablon Configuration Specialist
Roles And Responsibilities
- Configuring Enablon solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of clients
- Customizing workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, batches within the Enablon platform
- Managing data imports, exports and migrations to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Integrating Enablon with other systems and applications as needed
- Providing support to users regarding configuration-related issues and troubleshooting
- Documenting configurations, customizations and processes for reference and training purposes
- Conducting training sessions for end-users on how to use configured features effectively
- Testing configurations to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with client requirement
- Identifying the opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to maximize the value of Enablon for clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations
Essential
- 2 to 5 years of experience in EHS Enablon implementation
- Functional understanding and problem-solving skills in the following EHS modules covering following areas: Health and Safety, Environment, Audits, Compliance and Risk Management and other modules like occupational health, product safety, etc.
- Experience in basic and advanced configurations in Enablon.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or related degree required, Master's degree a plus.
Preferred
- Exposure to COTS Product like Enablon/Intelex/Cority
- Experience in NabSic Coding
- Enablon certified
Additional Skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must have ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
