Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Energy Management Systems (EMS) and SCADA platforms for utility-scale and smaller BESS projects, ensuring compliance with CERC,SLDC and other goverment entities.
Design EMS algorithms for real-time grid services (peak shaving, frequency regulation, black-start capabilities).
Architect SCADA system topology (centralized vs. distributed) keeping in mind the cyber security and other government compliances.
Collaborate with customer, BMS/PCS teams to optimize dispatch logic and fault response.
Advanced:PLC programming for optimization models, SCADA designing.
Soft Skills: Cross-functional team leadership, client-facing negotiations.
