About Position
We are hiring a Snowflake Developer with hands-on experience in snowflake SQl, snowflake queries, etc.

What Youll Do:
- Develop Snowflake SQL objects (tables, views, procedures).
- Work on data transformations and reporting datasets.
- Support data migration and enhancement activities. Debug and optimize Snowflake queries.
- Hands-on Snowflake SQL Data warehousing concepts
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools
- Basic Python knowledge preferred
- Experience in BFSI / Large enterprise programs
Expertise Youll Bring:
- Backlog Ownership Prioritization
- Create, refine, and prioritize user stories in the team backlog.
- Ensure backlog alignment with program priorities, business goals, and customer value.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and validate completed work.
- Customer Stakeholder Representation Act as the voice of the customer, translating needs into actionable work items.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and other Product Owners to maintain alignment with the broader product vision.
- Ensure solutions address holistic customer experiences using design thinking principles.
- Participation in PI (Program Increment) Planning Align with Product Managers on PI objectives Present prioritized backlog items during PI planning.
- Contribute to refining the Program Backlog and defining iteration goals.
- Agile Team Collaboration Work daily with the development team to clarify requirements and ensure common understanding.
- Participate in team ceremonies such as iteration planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team and ART.
- Value Delivery Continuous Feedback Continuously evaluate delivered work against acceptance criteria and expected outcomes.
- Gather feedback, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve product value delivery.
- Deep understanding of Agile and SAFe principles.
