Employment Lawyer

This is a contract-based, remote position for an Employment Lawyer. The Employment Lawyer will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on employment contracts, labor and employment law, and labor disputes. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing employment agreements, offering guidance on employment policies, handling employment tribunal matters, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Strong understanding of Employment Contracts, Labor and Employment Law
• Experience with Employment Tribunals and managing Labor Disputes
• Legal expertise in workplace regulations, practices, and compliance
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a license to practice law
• Prior experience in employment law for technology-focused companies is a plus
