Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Employer Partnerships Manager responsible for identifying, engaging, and building long-term relationships with software companies, consulting firms, startups, product companies, staffing firms, and technology organizations across the United States. The primary objective is to create direct interview and hiring opportunities for Coding Macaw graduates.

Key Reponsibilities

Research and identify companies actively hiring entry-level technology professionals.

• Build databases of HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Recruiters, Engineering Managers, and Hiring Managers.

• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, networking events, and professional communities.

• Establish employer partnerships and preferred hiring relationships.

• Pitch Coding Macaw's talent pipeline to prospective employers.

• Organize employer engagement programs, virtual hiring events, and interview drives.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing hiring partners.

• Collaborate with internal training teams to align candidate readiness with employer expectations.
