Cyber City - Employer Brand Partner. The Employer Brand Partner, Cyber City is responsible for delivering Cyber City's employer brand strategy, with a focus on senior engineering talent, and connecting it to REA's global Employer Brand and EVP. They turn employee experiences and engineering stories into content, campaigns, and community activity that attract, engage, and convert top‑tier talent.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy & planning
- Execute the Cyber City employer brand strategy and annual plan, aligned to REA's global Employer Brand and EVP.
- Define clear objectives for Cyber City (e.g. senior engineering attraction, brand preference, pipeline health) and translate these into quarterly roadmaps and campaigns.
- Partner with AU Employer Brand/EVP to ensure messaging, positioning, and visual identity are globally consistent but locally relevant.
Content & storytelling
- Work with internal teams to plan, brief and/or create content across formats: blog posts, social copy, landing pages, video storyboards/scripts, photography
- Build a content pipeline by working closely with internal resources (engineers, product leaders, P&C) to surface stories and subject‑matter experts.
- Ensure all content reflects REA's EVP, values, and culture, and speaks authentically to the India tech talent market.
Campaigns & channels
- Design and run always‑on and campaign‑based activity across priority channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Cyber City careers site, Glassdoor, tech blog, YouTube).
- Originate local campaigns that ladder into global positioning (e.g. senior engineer attraction, Women in Tech, Hackdays).
Events & partnerships
- Support talent pipeline building for Cyber City, e.g. meetups, hackathons, conferences, university engagements, and partner events.
- Work with TA and hiring leaders to design end‑to‑end content and experiences around events: pre‑event buzz, on‑the‑day storytelling, and post‑event nurture.
- Help create and maintain an engaged talent community (e.g. email nurture), connecting interested talent back into Cyber City opportunities.
- Build relationships with relevant external partners (e.g. event organisers, tech communities, diversity networks) to extend Cyber City's reach.
Employee advocacy & internal engagement
- Identify and coach Cyber City ambassadors to share authentic stories on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Create simple tools (e.g. prompts, guidance, templates, office hours) that help employees confidently talk about their work and experience in their own voice.
- Partner with local People & Culture, Communications and AU Employer Brand to align internal moments (Hackdays, awards, milestones, culture initiatives) with external storytelling.
- Ensure Cyber City employees understand the EVP and how their stories bring it to life.
Ways of working

- Act as the primary employer brand partner for Cyber City, while working as an embedded member of REA's global Employer Brand/EVP community.
- Maintain clear brand use in Cyber City (tone, visuals, messaging guardrails), working with Design and Brand teams where required.
