Employer Branding Intern

About Us:

Deconstruct is a science-led skincare brand focused on transparency, innovation, and culture-first growth. We are looking for a creative Employer Branding & Culture Intern to support internal communications, content creation, and culture storytelling across platforms.

Responsibilities:

Create culture-led content for CEO's LinkedIn & Deconstruct LinkedIn.

Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and internal channels.

Assist with internal newsletters, employee spotlights, and HR communication and SOP's.

Design visuals, templates, and culture assets for events, onboarding & campaigns.

Capture photos/reels during internal events and everyday workplace moments.

Contribute to the Life at Deconstruct series and induction collaterals.

Requirements:

Strong interest in branding, communication, storytelling, or design.

Proficiency in Canva/Adobe or basic design tools (preferred, not mandatory).

Good writing, creativity, and attention to detail.

Ability to work in-person at our Bengaluru office.
