We are hiring for Employee Services Executive for Connaught Network Services Pvt Ltd subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd.
This position will be responsible for managing various employee-related services within the organization, ensuring a positive employee experience and supporting operation functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee documentation and training related data on system.
- Ensure consistent input and report production of operations data such as crew posting, qualification and roster flight data, flight document, flying hours updates, roster plan and amendments.
- Administer people-related activities within agreed procedures, standards and timescales, as defined by the Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Participate in process optimization initiatives where needed
- Given the handling of sensitive data, maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong knowledge of crew rostering, crew scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
