Job Description

Organization Context:

ElasticRun is a Deep-Reach Kirana Commerce Platform, unlocking the next wave of consumption in rural & tier 2/3 towns in India. Position: Associate Manager HR ER & Grievance/Compliance

Location: Pune

Core Areas: compliance/grievance management

Qualification: Law Background with MBA preferred

Years of experience: 5 13 Years

Roles :

lPeople managers :Liaise with and guide line managers to support employee-related escalations rearding performance, grievances or interpersonal problems

lleadership /HRBPs :Partner with senior business leaders, HRBPs to uphold business intimacy, promote a constructive and positive approach to standards of conduct at work, and ensure employee welfare

lER Advisor : Leads and manages ER Advisor and works closely with advisor to ensure quality service delivery

lResponsible for handling various legal challenges arising out of the employment

of 1200+ Workforce

lComplaints, and replies to be submitted in various courts across India.

lConducting Domestic Enquiries, and represent the management for conciliation proceedings at various Labour

Courts across India.

l Effective in drawing & issuing the Show Cause Notices, Non Performance Leers, Transfer Leers,

Absenteeism Leers, etc.

lAnalysing performance of the field force, and scrutinizing the Non Performing Employees

lLead the Grievance Management to interpret progress and identify areas for improvement

lConnect with ER Champs PAN India, to maintain proactive engagement and resolve any grievances

lDrive and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all grievances across their span are being resolved amicably and on-time

Compliance

Managing compliances specified under different applicable acts like -Legal Metrology Act, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, FSS Act, Insecticides, Municipal Acts etc.. and laws related to establishment and labor, etc.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements under various enactments

Ensure 100% training of all employees under COC by FY end ,Completion and implementation of online training module of COC ,Processing of all reported COC violation within TAT.

.Ensure Code of Conduct Policy Formation, Training and Implementation Organization wide

. Mitigate risk of any negative impact due to transition between various employee categories(RSO, SAs, 3P)

Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory rules, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Compliance officer for all the statutory and legal compliances. Shall represent company before various authorities for beneficial outcome

Procurement of licenses and registrations under various applicable laws,

maintaining registers and records, tracking validity of the licenses and post registration compliances & license conditions etc.

Draft, review written representations and replies to various governmental and quasi government authorities

Documentation

Ensure preparation of responses to show cause notices and other documents in conjunction with the compliances.

MIS related to compliances and open show cause notices etc

The few key requirements for the role are listed below:

l Litigations, organization grievance management, Anchors investigation, Elements of legal proof reading

lExperience in partnering with people managers for blue-collar employees, with a focus on ER-IR & Contract Labour management

lStrong drive on execution through coordination with a plethora of stakeholders, via strong communication skills
