Conducting investigations in reviewing Business Ethics Line matters and conducting local employee investigations
Manage Company level initiatives such as townhalls, R&R and large scale events.
Work closely with HR Business Partner teams for employee wellness initiatives conceptualizing and deployment
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to evaluate and develop effective approaches for implementing new HR policies, procedures, processes, and managing employee relations
Handling a range of employee-related matters, including POSH, conflict resolution, performance management, policy interpretation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with business leaders to enhance organizational capability by uncovering root causes of challenges and proposing actionable solutions to resolve them
Be the point of escalation for all matters that concern employee relations
