Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned employee relations manager to join a leading global financial services organization. This is a high-impact role where you will lead complex employee relations cases, drive workplace investigations, and partner with senior stakeholders to build a fair, compliant, and high-integrity work culture. Responsibilities

  1. Lead complex employee relations cases, including grievances, misconduct, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns
  2. Conduct end-to-end workplace investigations (interviews, documentation, findings, recommendations)
  3. Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams on sensitive matters
  4. Coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy application
  5. Interpret employment laws, policies, and regulatory requirements for consistent decision-making
  6. Drive case management excellence, trend analysis, and policy improvements

Requirements

  1. Master's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, or related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations and workplace investigations
  3. Strong expertise in handling complex cases in a matrixed organization
  4. Good understanding of employment laws and labor practices
  5. Experience in financial services or a regulated environment preferred
