Job Description

  • Experience in handling compliance relevant to Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
  • End‑to‑end POSH case lifecycle, including intake, preliminary assessment, investigation oversight, inquiry proceedings, recommendations, and closure
  • Act as a central governance owner for POSH implementation across locations and units
  • Drive periodic policy reviews and updates, aligned to legal, regulatory, and organizational changes
  • Oversee constitution, renewal, and effectiveness of Internal Committees (ICs) and Local Committees, as applicable
  • Ensure cases are handled with neutrality, confidentiality, timeliness, and procedural fairness
  • Guide IC members on inquiry processes, evidence evaluation, principles of natural justice, and documentation standards
  • Coordinate with ER, Legal, HRBPs, and Leadership on recommendations and consequence management
  • Track case metrics, timelines, outcomes, and trends while maintaining data privacy
  • Design and deliver POSH awareness and sensitization programs for employees, managers, IC members, and leadership
  • Drive continuous education initiatives through e‑learning, campaigns, workshops, and induction programs
