Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Manage day-to-day Employee Relations activities across the plant.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain positive industrial relations on the shop floor.
- Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on disciplinary actions and employee conduct.
- Handle domestic enquiries, warnings, show-cause notices, and disciplinary procedures in line with company policies.
Shop Floor & Workforce Management
- Build strong relationships with Direct Labour (DL) and Indirect Labour (IDL) employees.
- Work closely with plant leadership to maintain workplace harmony and productivity.
- Support management during conflict situations and employee disputes.
Dormitory / Employee Welfare Management
- Oversee dormitory / hostel management for employees.
- Ensure proper welfare facilities including accommodation, transport, and employee well-being programs.
Statutory Committees & Compliance
- Coordinate and participate in statutory committees such as:
- Safety Committee
- POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Committee
- Canteen Committee
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Labour Laws, and company HR policies.
- Maintain documentation and support statutory audits.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and welfare programs.
- Conduct employee communication sessions and engagement activities.
- Monitor employee morale and workplace environment.
HR Operations Support
- Work closely with HR teams on policy implementation and employee communication.
- Support management in maintaining a disciplined and productive work culture.
Educational Qualification
- MSW (Master of Social Work) or MBA in Human Resources from a recognized university.
Experience
- 1015 years of experience in Employee Relations / Industrial Relations.
- Mandatory experience in manufacturing industry.
- Experience handling shop floor workforce and large employee base.

- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
