Job Description

The Employee Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting positive relationships between employees and the organization. Theyare responsible foraddressing and resolving workplace conflicts, grievances, and issues, while also ensuring compliance with relevantlabourlaws andregulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesArea (KRA):

  • Conflict Resolution: conflicts between employees or between employees and management. Investigate workplace disputes and develop solutions that are fair and consistent. Grievance Handling: Receive and address employee complaints and grievances. Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and recommendappropriate actionsor resolutions.
  • Policy and Procedure Guidance:Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and regulations. Interpret and communicate HR policies and practices effectively.
  • Compliance:Ensure compliance withlaborlaws, regulations, and company policies related to employee relations. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and make recommendations for policyupdatesas necessary.
  • Employee Engagement:Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement. Collaborate with HR and management to create programs and initiatives that promote a positive work culture. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on topics such as conflict resolution, communication skills, and diversity awareness. Provide coaching and support to managers on handling employee relations issues effectively.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts between employees, managers, and departments.
  • Employee Relations: Build andmaintainpositive relationships with employees, management, and HR.
  • Documentation and Reporting:Maintainaccuraterecords of employee relations cases, including investigations, resolutions, and outcomes. Generate reports and analysis on employee relations trends, issues, and metrics.

Qualifications& Requirements:

  1. Full Time (Regular)- MBA-HR/ER from a reputed university
  2. Minimum 3-yearpreviousexperience in employee relationsor as an HRBP in voice process, BPO/KPO etc. sales process
  3. Flexibility of working in different shifts to support Domestic & International business hours working.
  4. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, andpayroll compliances like PF/ESIC, Gratuity etc.
  5. Strong working knowledge of MS-Office Specially M.S Excell.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  7. POSH Certified should have POSH registration with registration Number.
  8. Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Certification in HR is plus.
  10. Grievance Handling: Investigate employee grievances, complaints, and appeals.
